Wilhelm "Will" Blanchard is the art teacher for Orange County High. He has a particular disliking to Adam Moore, and is enemies with Arnold Mathewws since they were kids, starting with Arnold stealing his soccer ball. He is very unpaitent, and you can call him "obnoxious" too. He is Cora's father and Milah's father. He is very educated in "teen doings" and is a bit inspired by Mr. Mosby from Suite Life.
